Publishing Filters to your Store Pages

To display filter sets on your pages, making them available for customers to use, you need to add the Acsell Product Filters Widget to the Shop Sidebar of your website.

To do this:

1. Go to ‘Appearance’ in the WP Admin menu and select ‘Widgets’.
   • 
2. If your site is using the classic Widgets editor or plugin, then:
   • In the list on the left-hand side of the page, click ‘Acsell Product Filters Widget’. Then select the page area for your Shop or Category pages – this will be dependent on the theme you are using.
   • Alternatively, click and drag the ‘Acsell Product Filters Widget’ into the appropriate page area.
     • 
   • After dropping the Widget into place, click ‘Done’.
3. If your site is using the Block Editor, then:
   • Scroll down to the ‘Shop Page Widget Area’ and expand it.
     • 
   • Click ‘+’ and start typing ‘Acsell’ in the search area.
   • When ‘Acsell Product Filters Widget’ appears, click it.
     • 
   • Click ‘Update’.

Now view and refresh your shop pages to see your filters displayed and active.
